Study showing how Floatation REST affects Fibromyalgia sufferers

An in-depth study carried out in 2013 by Roderick Borrie, Ph.D., Tamara Russell, Ph.D. and Stefan Schneider, Ph.D. that studied the the affects of flotation therapy on sufferers of fibromyalgia.

They looked at a variety of factors including pain and its effects, muscle tension, ease of movement, stress, energy levels, sadness, well-being, relaxation, anxiety and also performed a comparison analysis of these findings based on geographical location (country).

 

A very interesting study that demonstrates and evidences the benefits of floatation on sufferers of fibromyalgia, as well as reinforcing the holistic benefits for all of us humans enveloped in the ‘rat-race’.
