Exrecises for keeping your lower back healthy

 Based on my massage practice I often find two common big issues which create lower back pain – gluts muscles (to week or hyper tense) and hyper tense psoas muscle.
I’m demonstrating in this video few gluts and psoas muscles exercises which can help with lower back pain.
Maybe is not the best demonstration, so you can find some better one, but please take the ideea of keeping your gluts strong and your psoas flexible!
